Nina Grace Ruedas is a behavioral science educator at the UCR Family Medicine Residency in Palm Springs. She received her M.S. in counseling with an added certification in marriage and family therapy from San Diego State University. Ruedas has been practicing psychotherapy in the Coachella Valley for five years. She is also an adjunct faculty member at a local marriage and family therapy program, where she teaches courses related to relationships and diversity.

Ruedas is a core faculty member who helps teach and develop the behavioral science curriculum for the residency program. She also provides assessments of residents’ interaction and problem solving skills and presents education plans to optimize their effectiveness.
